Avery Postcard Template
My document is an avery label template #5408, with 24 labels filled, to print. However, that template never appears as a format option during printing. That single page is followed by a blank page. I am trying to get a watermark picture/photo to appear in all 4 template spaces, then to type text over picture. Start with the page in portrait orientation and place the text in a single cell table, rotating it through 90° so that the lines of text run. I can download the template and fill it out in word. When i insert watermark picture it only appears as scaled single picture in full 8.5 x 11 sheet.

Go to the mailings tab of the ribbon and then in the create section, click on labels and then on options and make sure that the page printers radio button is checked and then from the label vendors drop down, select avery us letter and then scroll down to need the bottom of the product number list and you will find 8387 postcards. I'm trying to get my one page file to fit one postcard, and then repeat that process 3 more times (each time on its own postcard), so i make 4 separate postcards per one template page of my file.
When Printing, The Only Approximately Correct Paper Sizes Word Offers Is Postcard.

If you want to create post cards, select labels from the create section of the mailings tab of the ribbon and then click on options and the select the vendor and the type of post card that you want to create.
